When the customer leaves their number to be called, our service calls you first, then you are met by a voice that says: Hi, this is a lead from Leadcaller, press any key to connect with the customer. The employee of you who does this first is connected to the customer. After the call, the customer receives an automatic text message with the company’s details and the contact details of the staff.
This can happen to everyone from time to time, which of course we have thought about. The first option is that the customer automatically receive a text message with the information that everyone on the staff is currently busy, and that the system will call through automatically shortly. Option 2 is that we back you up with our external response service that answers for you after you have not responded in ex 30 seconds. You will also receive text messages that you missed calls from customer X and their contact number.
